As we kick off the new year, KORE1 is also kicking off our Accounting & Finance Practice led by Managing Partner Jaina Shah. While KORE1 has always specialized in the accounting and finance space, this practice will focus on accounting and finance consulting and direct hire services. We serve the office of the CFO, providing consultants for backfill interim roles and project-based work.

“Accounting and finance professionals are critical to achieving business success, especially when there are tight deadlines, turnover of key roles, and special projects,” said Managing Partner Jaina Shah. “There’s no better time to build out this division and I’m honored to be given the opportunity to develop this department.”

Before joining the KORE1 team, Jaina spent the last 7 years developing critical relationships in the market as a Client Development Executive. She has a variety of unique work experience under her belt, having operated in senior roles at Marvel Studios, DreamWorks Animation, and PwC throughout her career. Jaina is a University of Southern California graduate, earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Jaina has a consultative and prescriptive approach to each and every project. Her clients view her as a trusted business partner because of her client relationship development, thoroughness in obtaining the project requirements, and precision of the solution provided.

“It’s evident that her impressive and diverse career has allowed Jaina to hone the perfect skills for leading our Accounting & Finance Practice,” said Steve Quarles, CEO of KORE1. “The future of this department is bright, and we’re confident that with Jaina at the helm, our clients and candidates will be more satisfied than ever.”
