KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an Account Coordinator with our client in Irvine, CA.

Summary: Responsibilities are specific to the areas of physician engagement to support the brand marketing objectives and strategies; this includes advisory boards, speaker content/training communications, Webcasts, KOL engagement plans and execution, implementation of peer-to-peer tactics. This position critically works cross-functionally and with the indication brand teams to support/produce output in the aforementioned areas.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Highly administrative position with focus on budget management, attendee management, veeva vault, routing materials, creating agendas/recap meeting summaries
  • Detail orientated skills required
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace environment where critical thinking skills are essential
  • Comfortable working in a team environment; multiple people work on the same project
  • Client services experience a plus
  • This is a not a social media or creative role; not a stepping stone to move to the creative department

Candidate needs:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Experience or interest in traditional Account Services advertising; experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or medical device is a plus
  • White glove service with Clients and Physicians
  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Manages own time / workload within given deadlines, and raises concerns appropriately
  • Independent and solutions-driven
  • Proactive identification of next steps and initiative to move a process forward
  • Ability to connect the dots
