KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for "Accountant" with a client in Franklin, TN

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Process capital closeouts 
  • Assist with capital accruals and month end review 
  • Setup new users when needed in Capital Systems 
  • Assist with various additional rollups and reports 
  • Electronic file data validation 
  • Schedule flexibility as needed for reporting deadlines 
  • Reviewing invoices, lien wavers, auditing and update information as necessary 

 

Qualifications 

  • Accounting background preferred 
  • Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Experience preferred, not required 
  • Real Estate Investment Trust  Experience preferred, not required 
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite 
  • Advanced Excel Skills Required 
  • Ability to learn multiple proprietary software systems 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work within team and independently
