KORE1, a nationwide provider of technical staffing and financial recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely workflow of AP and Time & Expense processes.
  • Process high-volume accounts payables.
  • Monitor and review AP Aging report.
  • Assist with vendor relations and collaborate with internal staff.
  • Responsible for GAAP compliance and 3 Way PO match.
  • Help improve current manual AP workflow and create AP automation processes.
  • Assist with reviewing month-end AP close processes, including account analysis, reconciliations and help with monthly accruals.
  • Improve timely invoice approval processes for AP.
  • Help with 1099-MISC process and IRS submissions.
  • Assist with the corporate credit card program (new users, credit limits, etc.).
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years high volume A/P experience.
  • Experience working in mid to large enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven organization measuring throughput, accuracy and quality in payables.
  • Must have strong computer skills including knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Must be able to logically and independently plan, organize and complete work.
  • Must be able to make progress on multiple assignments under adverse conditions and time constraints.
  • Articulate with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, changing work environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while performing multiple tasks.
