KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant III in San Gabriel Valley.
 

Essential Functions:
  • Types, using word processing equipment
  • Compiles information and prepares reports and records
  • Makes appointments and travel arrangements
  • Screens visitors and telephone calls
  • Reads and routes incoming mail
  • Files correspondence and records
  • May attend staff meetings and record minutes
  • May compose and route routine correspondence
  • Prepares confidential and special reports including periodic statistical reports
  • May train and direct clerical staff
  • Makes decisions on minor administrative matters and completes clerical details as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA)
  • 3-5 years general administrative office experience, competent in basic Excel functions, scanning process; 5-10 years of experience preferred
  • Proficient in detail oriented work, able to work in a team and take direction and feedback from other admin staff
  • Skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software required
  • Internet research abilities are also important
  • Previous experience within HR department is helpful but not required
  • Past experience scheduling meetings/interviews/attention to detail is critical
  • Must have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) as well as excellent organization skills
