KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant for a customer in Hebron, Kentucky. The Administrative Assistant must be fluent in English and Spanish and prior experience with Excel is preferred. This role is entry-level, on-site and can start immediately. The Assistant will work with the executive team as well.

  • Communicating with Site Supervisors to ensure time is entered correctly
  • Usage of Excel to calculate weekly per diem for 300+ field employees
  • Keep track/Report all new hires, rehires, and terminations to HR manager
  • Assisting with entering bookings within Silk
  • Assisting with invoicing vendors and customers
  • Creating folders for bookings and filing them away according to status
  • Send paperwork out to field employees 
  • Ensure that paperwork is filled out completely and correctly
  • Handle internal and external correspondence (transferring calls and greeting visitors)
  • Update project logs and extension lists as needed
