Since the beginning, the KORE1 team has worked to enhance the staffing experience for businesses across verticals. We’ve expanded from technology staffing to creative, engineering, accounting and finance, and healthcare staffing solutions to satisfy gaps in consultative service. As we’ve developed partnerships in the construction sector, we’ve recognized a genuine opportunity to provide relationship-driven staffing solutions to an underserved industry.

That’s why we are proud to announce our new Construction Practice led by Managing Vice President Daniel Nadruz. Though we have cultivated a specialty in construction staffing solutions, our new practice takes our existing hallmark service to the next level.

Daniel will start with a team of dedicated, full-desk recruiters to deliver consulting, consulting-to-hire, and direct placement expertise to construction leaders and professionals nationwide. As the number of requisitions and client partnerships grow, so will the number of recruiters KORE1 will devote to the Construction Practice. Additionally, we will offer payroll solutions that can handle the complexity of union contracts, multiple simultaneous jobs, different operating regions, and diverse pay rates.

“Leaders in the industry appreciate our emphasis on building relationships and our ability to bring them resourceful and motivated professionals beyond their typical talent pipeline,” said Brian Hunt, Senior Partner at KORE1. “Those who have worked with Daniel specifically have found a trustworthy collaborator who understands the industry and goes to bat for clients and candidates alike.”

Before joining KORE1, Daniel built himself a reputation for high-touch service that satisfied the core needs of businesses and skilled professionals. While working for a California based staffing firm, he grew a division from scratch into a $12 million direct-hire business, and mentored some of the top-producing construction recruiters in their company. He has 15 years of experience with full-desk recruiting and has built an extensive network of industry contacts, allowing him to regularly unearth hard-to-find passive candidates.

“I am excited to leverage my recruiting and management experience to help KORE1 continue to grow our footprint within the Construction industry,” said Daniel Nadruz. “My team’s diverse background enables us to fill not only contract or direct hire roles within AEC/MEP, but for other departments, including Technology, Sales/Marketing, Accounting/Finance, and Engineering.”

As a one-stop shop for staffing and consulting needs, KORE1 provides the construction industry with workforce resources across their organizations. Daniel and the KORE1 team will work to understand your unique needs – whether you’re hiring a single skilled expert, hiring an entire construction crew, or searching for a new job of your own.
