KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Technical Project Manager: ERP migration/implementation to include manufacturing OR supply chain strongly preferred
We are looking for a Project Manager to assist in the migration from SAP to another ERP for one of our sites. The role of the Project Manager will be to execute the project and deliver the desired outcomes in an effective and profession manner. This is a contractual project-based engagement for an initial term of 12 months. You will be responsible for the overall successful delivery of this project including its support, operations, and key vendor relationships. You may be called upon to manage other smaller initiatives, time permitting.
Candidates for this position usually have five or more years of experience implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with coworkers across an organization. Experience with IFS Cloud ERP a plus.

Essential duties and/or Functions: (Essential Functions/basic job duties that must be able to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation
- Understanding the project scope, schedule, deliverables
- Communications, communications, communications
- End to end program management - planning, execution, control, and closure using company's technologies project methodology
- Interfacing with the ERP implementation partner who will work remotely and 3rd party consulting team
- Transition and change management - pre, during and post project implementation
- Project stakeholder management - working closely with internal and external stakeholders;
- Internal/External partner relationship management - maintaining a healthy working relationship without compromising on deliverables and outcomes
- Project scope and schedule management
- Driving project reviews and mitigating risks with due diligence and a data driven approach
- Escalating project issues and risks to the senior management when needed
- Contributing to the delivery of all aspects of the project, reporting on activities
- Reporting, analysing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders' questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly;
- Budget management
- Responsible for creation of training materials, and provision of training to end users on the IFS system
- Coordinating all meetings and planning in our agile 2-week sprint approach
Qualifications:
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science or other related discipline is a plus
- Relevant certifications (PMP for example) are a plus.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience that includes:
- Project scoping
- Creation of project schedule / plans / related artifacts
- Strength is managing projects within budget and on schedule
- Project budget management
- Experience managing project risks / dependencies
- Experience creating weekly status reports
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- ERP implementation / migration project delivery strongly preferred
- Detailed knowledge of ERP product area, manufacturing and/or distribution modules
- In lieu of ERP experience we would consider a strongly technology Project Manager that's worked on a variety of projects, idealing involving application migration / implementation / data migration, etc.

Compensation depends on experience but is typically $50-75/hr W2. Only candidates with ERP experience will be considered for the top of the range.
