Brian HuntManaging Partner
Brian

Brian leads our consulting practice and focuses on high level strategy, and team building.  Brian brings with him 15 years of experience helping organizations with technology strategy and delivery challenges.  During his career, Brian has been exposed to a wide range of companies and information technology services. His unique blend of business and technology expertise allows him to excel at planning and developing technology initiatives that meet business objectives.  He believes that every IT supported organization has difficulty keeping up with changing business needs and rapidly advancing technology.  Companies need to continuously evaluate and align their internal and external resources to ensure that they are maximizing the potential of realizing their objectives.

Prior to Kore1, Brian began his career with Deloitte Consulting and Acquity Group (Acquired by Accenture) working in the Enterprise Technology Services.  While at Deloitte and AG, Brian was involved in a wide range of projects including ERP Implementations, strategic systems planning, software selection, IT efficiency reviews, and various other IT related projects.  As a founding member of Acquity Group (Acquired by Accenture) Brian led a number of large ecommerce and web system development projects for companies like Hewitt, Bowflex and Menards.  In 2007, Brian teamed up with two other partners of Manifest Digital.  From 2007 to 2009, the company acquired 5 different technology and digital marketing services companies including Kore1.  As part of a restructuring effort in 2010, Brian left Manifest, moved to Southern California and partnered with Steve Quarles to rebuild Kore1.  Brian has a BS in Management Information Systems from Miami University.  Brian lives in Laguna Beach with his wife and 3 daughters.

Tom KenaleySenior Partner and Vice President
Devin

Tom joined KORE1 in the fall of 2011 and has quickly become a key member of the management team.  His work ethic and his client relationship skills have allowed KORE1 to forge deep relationships with very large enterprise clients.  In addition to managing key relationships, Tom is responsible for our Healthcare Practice and our Workforce Management Practice.

Prior to joining KORE1, Tom began his career with Balboa Capital where he was a leader in the management team for the majority of his nine years with the company. During his tenure with Balboa, Tom grew the sales force from 10 to 35 in a four year span, was awarded Branch Manager of the year over three consecutive years, and set a company record in gross profit achievement.  Tom then joined Genesis Capital after his tenure with Balboa, where he was an equity partner and member of the Executive Management team, successfully growing the sales force from 4 to 20 within 5 years.

He has a track record of success and has extensive experience managing client relationships and building great client service teams.  This success stems from his passion for helping people, building teams and making progress.  Tom has a B.S. degree in Business Administration, Finance from San Diego State University and resides in Tustin Ranch with his wife and 3 children.

Devin Hornick is a 20-year staffing and recruiting veteran currently leading as Sr. Partner & Sr. Vice President with Kore1 Technologies in Irvine, CA. Devin joined the executive leadership team at Kore1 in September 2013 to build out a direct hire/search division and bring with him greater connectivity to the Orange County Human Resources and IT community. He has most recently launched the retained search division at KORE1 and is bringing a non-traditional approach to this type of search. His ability to develop strong personal and professional relationships with the business community at large is unmatched and his commitment to people and his values-minded work is unwavering.

After graduating from the University of Southern California in 1999 he began his career as a technical recruiter with Intellitech in Redondo Beach, California. Having worked for both Fortune 500 and start-up firms alike, Devin has a particular strength for building and growing service-centric teams and organizations. In 2010 he co-founded Sincerus Solutions, a values-based staffing and recruiting firm where Devin grew the organization to an annual revenue of over 6 million dollars within 3 years’ time. His passion for helping others through outplacement work and his steadfast commitment to serve Orange County’s non-profit efforts through his involvement with not only his church, but also OCTP – Orange County Technology Professionals (President), Leaders of Integrity, Charity On Wheels, Royal Family Kids and VEN Visionary Executive Network (Co-Founder) has earned Devin strong reputation as an executive connector, trusted advisor and a goodwill ambassador to professionals of all levels. Devin serves on the National Human Resources Board of Directors and is deeply involved with Orange County’s HR community at large. He is a devoted husband and father of 2 and in his free time enjoys spending time with his family, surfing and traveling.

Robert ArdellManaging Partner

Robert Ardell

Robert is a Co-Founder of KoreOne Staffing, Inc (Acquired by Kore1, Inc). Robert has over 15 years of direct experience in technical staffing and recruiting and has been in technical management positions throughout his career. Robert’s tenured background with technical startups and Fortune 500 companies provides him with a deep understanding of how to go about identifying and recruiting the right technical resources in a highly competitive and scarce resource market for his clients. Throughout the years, Robert has developed and maintained relationships with highly qualified and sought after developers, architects, managers and senior managers in Southern, CA.

In his spare time, Robert enjoys travelling with his family and consulting for tech startups. Robert graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from San Diego State University. Robert was born and raised in Southern California and now resides in Laguna Beach, CA., with his wife and son.

Rolf KramerManaging Partner

Rolf Kramer

Rolf brings 21 years of IT staffing experience to the table, specializing in management of sales and recruiting teams. He also has 10 years of experience building and managing a highly successful IT staffing team in Denver. Adding to this experience is Rolf’s time at Bullhorn, where he helped to build their market share in enterprise staffing companies. Following his time at Bullhorn, he founded Kranect, a premier staffing and consulting agency. Rolf worked solely with skilled professional IT clients and talent along the Front Range of Colorado.

This extensive experience helps him in his role of Managing Partner as he hires, mentors, and manages the Denver staff. Additionally, Rolf’s vast network of clients, candidates, and partners helps him deliver a higher caliber of service. Rolf has a BA in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College and is now based out of Denver, Colorado. He’s a dedicated family man who enjoys skiing, rock climbing, golf, volleyball, river rafting, and mountain biking.

Jeff SudatiManaging Director

Jeff Sudati

Jeff is the Managing Director of our Boston office, serving the East Coast and New England markets. He has over 20 years of recruiting experience, utilizing the expertise and knowledge he’s gained over the years to provide clients with creative solutions and market insights. Prior to working with KORE1, Jeff spent 18 years in corporate recruiting, working in a variety of different positions both domestically and internationally. His employers included Fidelity Investments, JP Morgan, and PIMCO, amongst others.

Jeff’s passions for helping others and connecting individuals have driven his success. His guidance and candor with clients and candidates alike have helped him to create and maintain tight-knit relationships throughout his career. Jeff is a Rutgers University graduate and enjoyed growing up in the Boston area.

Kevin ShearerManaging Director

Kevin leads the Irvine Branch as Managing Director. Before his current role, he spent nearly 4 years as an Area Sales Manager, expanding the KORE1 team while building and retaining crucial client relationships. Prior to joining KORE1, Kevin began his career with Kimco Staffing. His experience in the staffing industry coupled with his dedicated work ethic have made him a strong leader in a competitive market.

As Managing Director, Kevin strives to drive business expansion with a focus on training, developing, and overseeing account managers. He continues to strengthen the KORE1 brand in Southern California where he currently resides. Kevin has a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara.

Tony SvareArea Sales Manager

Tony Svare

Tony’s in-depth understanding of the recruiting industry and his strong work ethic have led him to success as the Engineering Senior Account Manager with KORE1. Tony began his career as a recruiter, working his way up the ranks over the past 6 years. His time as a recruiter gave him a greater understanding of the entire recruiting cycle and engineering industry.

Tony’s unique passion for the engineering trade, as well as the individual skill sets of the industry have helped him in consistently making the best decisions for both his clients and talent. He has a deep passion for helping others and finds joy in assisting candidates through the hiring process. Tony has a BA in Business Administration from Bemidji State University and is originally from Grand Forks, North Dakota.
