As we watch the humanitarian crisis continue to unfold in Ukraine, our team at Kore1 focuses on this quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson: “I awoke this morning with devout thanksgiving for my friends, the old and the new.”
People helping people is a beautiful concept, one that is innate to human nature. As we’ve seen, the war in Ukraine has sparked a massive outpouring of support around the world. People have offered rooms in their homes, transportation to safe places, and organized food drives and fundraisers. Even if not to this scope, for all of us, there have been times when we needed help, and times when we can offer our help to others, giving back and paying it forward.
