KORE1, a nationwide provider of technical staffing and financial recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Finance Administrator with one of our clients in Los Angeles, CA.

Summary:
  • Assist with reports, various administrative projects, and presentations.
  • Organize expense reports and BPOs.
  • Responsible for requesting bids/quotes, gathering price samples, and creating comparison reports.
  • Take on ad hoc projects for finance and facilities departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of administrative experience.  Experience supporting finance related projects is a huge plus.
  • Must have advanced administrative skills.
  • Experience supporting projects from presentations, expenses, reporting, information / data gathering, bids / quotes, and other ad-hoc assignments.
  • Must have strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (Intermediate level and above).
  • Organized and detailed oriented.
