KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for "AR Billing Specialist."

Roles and responsibilities
  • Collecting all information needed to calculate invoicing.
  • Checking the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of client invoicing.
  • Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
  • Collating, preparing, and issuing information related to customer accounts, including invoices, bills, inventory records, account reports, and any other relevant financial statements, using ERP systems.
  • Following up through emails or phone calls with delinquent customers on overdue bills and agreeing on payment schedules where necessary
  • Adjusting customer payments in the accounts receivable system to ensure accounts are credited correctly.
  • Reconciling sales order records with shipping documents to ensure clients are billed correctly for purchased and transferred items.
  • Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.
  • Report on activity to upper management.
  • Co-ordinate with Operations, Sales and Procurement team as needed.
  • Evaluate and accurately apply all relevant tax on all sales invoice.

Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience as billing clerk or general billing experience
  • Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Proficiency in working on large databases and building reports.
  • Working knowledge of ERP software (preferably Business Central or any other MS Dynamics ERP)
  • Excellent math ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
