KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a " Corporate Recruiter" with our client in Orange, CA. 

 

Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the execution of local and regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. The Recruiter also carries out responsibilities in onboarding, training and general Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local trade schools to conduct recruiting presentations
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and interview candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify job requirements and qualifications
  • Research, recommend and implement advertising and sourcing solutions to ensure a robust candidate pipeline
  • Grow and sustain relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Follow up on interview status and update records in internal database
  • Negotiate candidate salaries
  • Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting
  • Develop recruitment analytics to demonstrate efficacy of hiring efforts and present data to hiring managers and executives
  • Conduct interview training with hiring managers
  • Assist with general Human Resources projects & assignments 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of dedicated full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system, iCIMS preferred
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Distribution industry experience and DOT regulation knowledge a plus
  • Comfort interfacing with all levels of corporate management, including strong experience working with executives
  • Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous tasks and projects
  • A sense of urgency that includes the ability to identify and set time constraints for in-demand candidates
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to source and promote openings
  • Knowledge of affirmative action, OFCCP, Department of Labor requirements
