A Message from the KORE1 Team
We’re living in unbelievable times. Like most people watching the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States, we recognize that we are all in uncharted waters. Yet we remain confident in one fact: our business world and our ordinary lives will change, but we’ll learn to thrive again if we care for, and trust in, one another.
Over the last 15 years, during good times and lean times, we’ve learned just how important human connections are to the success of businesses and individuals. That’s why we are making ourselves available to our clients, our candidates, and our communities nationwide. By working together, we’ll come out the other side stronger.
For that to happen, businesses like ours, as well as our state and local communities, need to take the first steps. Fortunately, we’ve had some great role models. Our home state of California enacted the first shelter-in-place order in the U.S., a strong example which has been followed by state and local leadership in many of the places nationwide that our people call home.
We take our part of the COVID response seriously. To support our own people, we’ve provided them all of the resources necessary to work remotely, maintaining the health and safety of themselves, their families, and vulnerable members of their communities. To support our clients and candidates, we’ve established virtual interviewing practices that allow you to maintain business as usual without putting your own security and wellbeing at risk.
Again, our future depends on trust. That’s why we want you to know, for as long as we face a threat from COVID-19, KORE1 will be delivering the same high standard of customer service, connecting high-talent professionals with exceptional organizations. We will be working to innovate, providing staffing, workforce planning, IT strategy, retained search, and RPO that adapt with the times.
