New KORE1 Managing Director Frank Morris Brings His Expertise and Drive to the Team
At KORE1, we’ve always made it our mission to give clients and consultants the necessary means to maintain their competitive advantage. In addition to expanding our services and solutions over the years, that mission has pushed us to attract driven and dependable people to our team. That way, we are able to sustain the quality of our relationships in an ever-changing world. By adding Frank Morris as our latest Managing Director, we’re connecting our partners with a valuable asset who prioritizes their needs and vision.
Frank will be growing the KORE1 presence in the Midwest, expanding the reach of our workforce planning, retained search, IT strategy, services and staffing solutions. Overseeing a team of senior level executive recruiters with access to leading-edge technology and resources, Frank will prove himself valuable to clients throughout the region. His thought leadership, staffing and recruiting expertise, and ability to deliver consistent results will enable organizations of all sizes to achieve their key business objectives.
“Early in the hiring process, we could see that Frank aligned with the values that have enabled KORE1 to thrive in Southern California and beyond,” said Steve Quarles, Partner of KORE1. “His accountability, clear communication style, and commitment to creating solid relationships are a surefire sign he’ll thrive as part of our team.”
Before joining KORE1, Frank cultivated his leadership skills and executive perspective by building a business from scratch into a half a million dollar organization. He then leveraged his management experience to transition into the staffing and recruiting industry, helping one of the largest firms in the United States grow one of their divisions into a $15 million engine for success. He is bringing that same ambition to KORE1.
“Over the last nine years in the staffing and recruiting industry, I’ve identified that there is a definitive opportunity to disrupt the status quo. Technology and automation have accelerated the hiring process, but many organizations have forgotten the importance of the human element along the way,” said Frank. “I look forward to helping KORE1 spread their customer-centric, responsive approach to organizations throughout the Midwest and beyond.”
