Accounting Reconciliation Data Analyst for Securities Lending

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for "Accounting Reconciliation / Data Analyst for Securities Lending Division."


  • Need 4-5 reconciliation analysts with experience with large data sets
  • Duration of the engagement would vary based on how quickly the project is addressed but would conservatively estimate 2 months. 
  • Ability to reconcile money movements (via DTC charges & fed wires) to accounting system based on spreadsheet output for a given time period
  • Researching unreconciled amounts to Outlook email/file sources at transaction level
  • Comfortable navigating large data sets via excel with basic data manipulation (filter, sort, basic formulas)
  • Familiarity with securities lending operations desired but not required for basic 'level 1' reconciliation work
  • Knowledge of securities lending operations required for advanced 'level 2' research (trade settlement, mark to market)
  • Strong organizational skills to keep clear records of work product across large data sets


  • Associates Degree
  • 5-10 Years of Experience
  • Financial Services Experience
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced with accounting specifically around account reconciliations
  • Experienced with large data sets
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Accurate and professional demeanor
  • High level of accuracy
