KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an Associate Manager, Digital Marketing with our client in Cypress, CA.

Key Purpose: As the Associate Manager of Digital Marketing, you will help drive overall digital marketing strategy and digital customer experience, contributing to the overall marketing goal to support online sales and storytelling. This includes email marketing, SEO, affiliate, and paid search; responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital initiatives to ensure growth. This position also oversees partnership with digital agencies, and collaborates with cross-functional Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to create best in class digital experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:  
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative content/copy and deliver on brand look, tone, and feel to company's B2C ecommerce sites.
  • Own and maintain tactical ecommerce marketing calendar.
  • Work with internal/external teams, including designers and copywriters, to create and deploy B2C email campaigns, including CRM and triggered emails.
  • Coordinate publishing web content for marketing/product launches and promotional events across company's B2C ecommerce sites.
  • Regularly update content and propose ideas for how to improve and enhance quality of information, user experience, and assets to improve performance.
  • Assist in managing user experience on company's B2C ecommerce sites, considering visuals, navigation, layout, and maintaining consistency of website's look and feel.
  • Perform content quality assurance and enhance content for promotions and product launches.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce team on promotional strategies; setup, manage, and test site promotions for company's B2C ecommerce sites.
  • Constantly optimize the content experience on B2C company's ecommerce websites and email campaigns to create new, fresh, user-centric digital experiences. 
  • Work closely with our Merchandising team and experts to ensure all content produced is accurate and aligned with marketing campaigns and goals
  • Manage and update product images across company's B2C ecommerce sites.
  • Partner with digital agencies on planning, executing, and budgeting for all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, triggered emails, and affiliate; develop strategies to test, optimize, and scale performance
  • Manage email marketing program; Work closely with CRM on segmentation, A/B testing, and growth strategy
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure and report on results of digital marketing efforts and identify trends/insights 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to align on brand storytelling and marketing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: 
  • 5+ years retail/industry experience in e-commerce apparel preferred; experience with sporting/fitness apparel and gear a plus
    • 3+ years of experience with digital content and strategy
    • 3+ years of experience working with a Content Management System
    • 3+ years of experience with email marketing and campaign execution
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Passion for best-in-class online copy, imagery, and UX
  • Familiar with digital marketing/social media tools 
  • Strong familiarity with MS Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Some project management experience preferred
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and good business judgment
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, best practices, emerging trends and platforms
