About the Role
The Client Enablement & Workflow Specialist will play a key role in bridging the gap between client onboarding, workflow automation, and operational delivery within TPH Nationwide Rx Fulfillment. This position owns the configuration and optimization of Moxo for client communications, workflow orchestration, and routing logic to ensure a seamless and compliant client experience from contract signature through ongoing operations.
You will partner closely with sales, project managers, and technical teams to design and implement onboarding workflows, monitor ticket resolution, and ensure smooth handoffs between departments. This role is critical to our mission of reducing onboarding time from months to days and delivering a best-in-class pharmacy fulfillment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Enablement & Workflow Management
- Own and manage Moxo platform configuration for client-specific workflows, task routing, and communications.
- Create, maintain, and optimize onboarding templates and workflow playbooks to accelerate client go-live.
- Map and configure client-specific routing logic to ensure timely SLA adherence and accurate task assignments.
Onboarding & Handoffs
- Partner with Sales (William) to ensure smooth sales-to-delivery handoffs, including contract terms, scope, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with project managers to align onboarding tasks with ERP, integration, and compliance timelines.
- Ensure clients are guided through contracting, training, and operational readiness with minimal friction.
Operations & Monitoring
- Monitor client-related ticket queues to ensure timely resolution and proactive issue management.
- Identify recurring issues or workflow gaps and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client workflow documentation for internal and client-facing use.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with ERP, data, integration, and compliance teams to ensure client workflows align with technical capabilities and compliance requirements.
- Provide feedback to automation engineers to improve AI-assisted onboarding and workflow automation tools.
- Support Change Management in training and adoption of new workflows internally and with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Experience
- 2-4 years in client onboarding, workflow/process management, or client success roles (healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries preferred).
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (Moxo, Camunda, ProcessMaker, or similar).
- Proven ability to configure platform logic, routing rules, and task automation.
- Skills
- Strong understanding of workflow mapping, task dependencies, and operational SLAs.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client onboarding timelines simultaneously.
- Proficient in documenting and communicating processes across technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling (preferred).

- Familiarity with CRM-to-project management platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce → Moxo, HubSpot → ERP).
- Background in compliance documentation or regulated client onboarding processes.
