Project Staffing

End-to-End Project Teams, Managed for Results

Stop managing vendors. Start managing outcomes. KORE1 assembles, deploys, and manages dedicated project teams — so you get the deliverable, not just the headcount.

What Is Project Staffing

We Own the Outcome, Not Just the Placement

Project staffing goes beyond filling roles. KORE1 takes ownership of the entire engagement — scoping requirements, assembling the right team, managing delivery milestones, and ensuring the project hits its targets on time and on budget.

Think of it as an embedded team extension with built-in project management. You define the outcome. We build and run the team that delivers it.

Scenarios Where Project Staffing Outperforms Traditional Hiring

01

Large-Scale System Implementations

ERP rollouts, cloud migrations, platform re-architecture — these initiatives demand a coordinated team with clear milestones, not a collection of individual contractors. Project staffing gives you a unified team with a single point of accountability.

Product Development Sprints

Building an MVP, launching a new feature set, or accelerating a product roadmap requires a cross-functional team that works as a unit. We assemble engineers, designers, QA, and a project lead who operate as an extension of your product organization.

Compliance & Audit Readiness Programs

SOC 2 certification, HIPAA gap analysis, financial audits — these have fixed deadlines and no room for delays. Project staffing lets you bring in specialized compliance teams that operate against a defined timeline with clear deliverables, then roll off when the work is complete.

Data & Analytics Buildouts

Standing up a data warehouse, migrating BI platforms, or deploying ML pipelines requires data engineers, analysts, and architects working in concert. Our project teams come pre-formed with the right skill mix, so you skip months of individual hiring.

? Project Staffing FAQ

Common Questions About Project Staffing

How does project staffing differ from contract staffing?

With contract staffing, you get individual professionals who work under your direction. With project staffing, KORE1 provides an entire team with built-in project management. We own the delivery milestones and manage the team’s performance — you focus on the business outcome, not the logistics of managing multiple contractors.

What size projects does KORE1 handle?

We support projects ranging from small, focused engagements (4–6 specialists for 2–3 months) to large-scale programs (50+ team members over 12+ months). During the Discovery phase, we right-size the team based on your project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

How is project staffing priced?

Pricing depends on the engagement model. Options include time-and-materials (hourly billing with regular milestone check-ins), fixed-price (agreed cost for defined deliverables), or a hybrid approach. We provide detailed cost estimates during the Blueprint phase so there are no surprises.

Do I get to approve team members before they start?

Yes. During the Assemble phase, you review and interview every team member before they join the project. While KORE1 manages the team operationally, you retain full approval authority over who works on your project. If someone isn’t the right fit, we replace them quickly.

What happens when the project is complete?

The Deliver & Transition phase includes full knowledge transfer, documentation, and a structured handoff to your internal team. If you want to retain any team members as permanent hires or transition into an ongoing support contract, we facilitate that as well.
