Before founding Engine Accelerate in 2012, Mike co-founded Electric Visual, a groundbreaking company revolutionizing the eyewear industry with its innovative designs and cutting-edge technology. As a co-founder, he played a pivotal role in shaping Electric Visual’s identity, brand strategy, and market presence.
Following his success at Electric Visual, Mike went on to hold prominent positions in other industry-leading companies. As the VP of Global Marketing at Skullcandy, he orchestrated impactful campaigns that resonated with youth culture worldwide while also playing a pivotal role taking the company public.
Later, he assumed the role of VP of Sales for the Agenda Trade Show, an influential platform where culture meets commerce. In this capacity, he skillfully navigated the intricate dynamics of modern retail and cultivated invaluable partnerships between brands and retailers.
Most recently, Carter co-founded Engine RPM, a specialized approach to business acceleration focusing on youth culture, media, modern retail, marketing, social media strategy, product sourcing, and technology building. Through his work, he has successfully connected brands with their target audience, fostered customer loyalty, and achieved measurable growth.
Throughout his journey, Carter has consistently leveraged his vast experience in youth culture, media, marketing, and technology innovation to guide businesses towards accelerated growth.
