ERP Consultant Staffing Agency
Your ERP implementation just got pushed back three months because the consultant you hired through a generalist agency didn’t know Fusion from PeopleSoft. We get it. KORE1 is an ERP staffing agency that places Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP, and PeopleSoft consultants who’ve actually done the work before. Implementations, migrations, post go-live support. Contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement.

An ERP staffing agency is a recruiting firm that specializes in placing enterprise resource planning consultants into companies running platforms like Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, SAP, and PeopleSoft. These consultants handle implementations, cloud migrations, module configurations, integrations, and post go-live optimization. ERP delivery is one specialization within KORE1’s broader IT consulting services. Retiring a duplicate ERP after an acquisition is its own discipline, staffed through systems consolidation and data migration staffing. The best ERP staffing agencies verify hands-on platform experience rather than relying on keyword matches, because the difference between “familiar with Oracle Cloud” and “led a Fusion Financials rollout for a $500M manufacturer” is the difference between a project delay and a successful go-live.

ERP Platforms We Staff For
We recruit across the platforms that actually run mid-market and enterprise operations, where our 2026 mid-market ERP and AI adoption report found 94% of companies using generative AI and 2% running it at scale. Hiring in Southern California? Our ERP staffing in Los Angeles, Orange County ERP staffing and San Diego ERP staffing desks cover SAP, Dynamics 365, Oracle Cloud, Epicor and Sage across all three. Same five platforms up north on the San Francisco ERP staffing and San Jose ERP staffing desks. Not every ERP vendor under the sun, just the ones where we’ve built deep enough networks to deliver qualified candidates fast. If the ERP runs a storefront and a warehouse rather than a plant, our ecommerce and wholesale ERP staffing desk covers NetSuite, Acumatica, Business Central, and Prophet 21.
Oracle Fusion Cloud. This is our strongest vertical. Financials, SCM, HCM, EPM. We recruit functional consultants, technical developers, integration architects, and project managers who’ve been through full lifecycle implementations. If you’re migrating from E-Business Suite to Fusion, we’ve staffed that exact project type dozens of times.
Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion). The cloud side of the Oracle house, and the busiest ERP lane we staff right now. Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and PPM on the functional side, plus OIC integrations, FBDI and HDL data loads, and OTBI reporting on the technical side. Our Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) consultant staffing page covers module coverage, functional versus technical scoping, and 2026 rate ranges.
Oracle E-Business Suite and PeopleSoft. Still running on-prem Oracle ERP? A lot of companies are, and finding consultants who know these older platforms gets harder every year as talent migrates to cloud roles. We maintain a network of EBS and PeopleSoft specialists, and that matters more now than it did two years ago since the pool is genuinely shrinking.
NetSuite. For growing companies in the $10M to $500M range, NetSuite is often the right fit. See our dedicated NetSuite consultant staffing page for SuiteScript developers, OneWorld implementation leads, and functional specialists across financials, inventory, and e-commerce modules. For the design layer above that work, see NetSuite solution architect staffing. Multiple legal entities, several base currencies, and a consolidated close put you on OneWorld multi-subsidiary consolidation staffing instead. Teams whose ledger is fine but whose reporting and dashboards are not belong on NetSuite financial reporting consultant staffing. Companies coming off QuickBooks rather than another ERP have a different problem, and we cover that on QuickBooks to NetSuite migration staffing.
SAP. We now run a dedicated SAP practice for companies working through the 2027 ECC deadline and beyond. S/4HANA migrations, FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, and BASIS. The full breakdown of how we source, vet, and place SAP consultants, along with current 2026 rate ranges, lives on our SAP consultant staffing page, and conversion-specific S/4HANA work lives on our SAP S/4HANA consultant staffing page, while finance-module searches for FI and CO run through our SAP FICO consultant staffing page. The ABAP code layer underneath all of it, custom code remediation and clean-core extension development, runs through our SAP ABAP developer staffing page. Basis, the technical layer that owns the landscape, the transport path and the upgrade calendar, has its own desk at SAP Basis administrator staffing. For mixed-ERP environments where SAP coexists with Oracle or NetSuite, we staff both sides of the program from the same account team.
Comparing NetSuite against Microsoft’s stack? Our NetSuite vs Dynamics 365 hiring comparison weighs the two talent pools head to head.
Epicor. For mid-market manufacturers and distributors, Epicor is its own world, and it is really five products rather than one. Kinetic for discrete manufacturing, Prophet 21 for wholesale distribution, plus Eclipse, BisTrack, and CMS. Our Epicor consultant staffing page covers job costing and MRP, the BPM and Application Studio technical layer, and what the 2026 classic-client retirement changed about who you should be hiring.
Workday. When the program is HCM-led rather than financials-led, Workday is usually the target platform. We run a separate bench of certified functional consultants, Studio integration engineers, and Prism analytics leads for HCM, Payroll, and Financials rollouts. Integration-only searches have their own page, integration-only Workday searches. See our Workday consultant staffing page for module coverage and 2026 rate ranges.
Microsoft Dynamics 365. For companies on Microsoft’s stack, we staff functional and implementation consultants across Finance & Operations, Business Central, and Customer Engagement, including the wave of teams migrating off Dynamics AX and GP. The full breakdown of how we source, vet, and place Dynamics talent, with current 2026 rate ranges, lives on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant staffing page.
Sage Intacct. The finance-first end of the mid-market, and the one ERP on this list where the strongest consultants come out of the controller’s chair rather than an IT team. Dimensions instead of a segmented chart of accounts, multi-entity consolidation, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and project accounting for SaaS, nonprofit, and professional services. Our Sage Intacct consultant staffing page covers the role split, certifications, and 2026 rate ranges.
ServiceNow. When the ERP program touches IT service management, HR service delivery, or asset and operations workflows, ServiceNow is often the platform of record. For Microsoft ERP and CRM extension work, our Dynamics 365 developer staffing bench covers X++, the Power Platform, and Business Central AL. Our ServiceNow developer staffing bench covers ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, and SecOps developers, plus the integration engineers who connect ServiceNow to SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Workday across mixed-platform programs.
ERP Engagement Types We Support
ERP projects aren’t one size fits all. A greenfield Fusion implementation needs different talent than a PeopleSoft to Cloud migration, and both look nothing like post go-live managed support. We staff all of them. Not sure which phase you are actually in? The free ERP readiness assessment scores six dimensions and names the seat each gap calls for.
New implementations. Full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare. We recruit functional leads, technical developers, data migration specialists, and change management consultants for projects that typically run 6 to 18 months. The person who runs the whole delivery is a different hire, and our ERP implementation project manager staffing page covers program managers, cutover leads, and PMO governance across every suite. When nobody on the client side owns platform selection, the integrator contract, or the benefits case, that seat is a fractional CIO for ERP and digital transformation.
Migrations and upgrades. Moving from EBS to Fusion Cloud? PeopleSoft to a SaaS model? Upgrading NetSuite modules? These projects need consultants who know both the legacy system and the target platform. That dual expertise is rare, and it’s exactly the kind of profile our recruiters know how to find. If the data itself, not just the platform, is the hard part, our ERP data migration specialist staffing desk covers the mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation work specifically.
Post go-live optimization. The first 90 days after go-live are where projects either stabilize or start bleeding money. We place consultants for hypercare periods, performance tuning, user adoption support, and the inevitable configuration adjustments that come after real users start hitting the system. When adoption is the whole problem rather than one workstream, that is a digital transformation consultant hire instead of an ERP one.
Managed services and ongoing support. Some companies need a permanent or semi-permanent ERP support function but don’t want to build it internally. We provide contract staffing for ongoing admin, reporting, and enhancement work. And for companies that want to evaluate before committing, our contract-to-hire model lets you test the fit first.

Oracle ERP Talent Surge After the 2026 Layoffs
In early 2026, Oracle executed its largest-ever workforce reduction, reported at up to 30,000 positions (roughly 18% of its global headcount), as it shifted investment toward AI infrastructure and cloud services (CNBC). The cuts spanned divisions including Oracle Health and cloud engineering, and a meaningful share of experienced Oracle ERP consultants, including Fusion, E-Business Suite, and PeopleSoft specialists, entered the market as a result.
What this means for companies hiring right now is pretty straightforward. The talent pool for experienced Oracle ERP consultants is larger than it’s been in years. And these aren’t junior candidates learning on the job. Many of them led enterprise rollouts inside Oracle’s own consulting arm, working with Fortune 500 clients on multi-year implementations. They know the platform intimately because they literally helped build the practices around it.
We’ve been actively recruiting from this displaced talent pool since the layoffs were announced. Our Oracle layoffs analysis tracks which divisions were affected and what that means for the hiring market. If you’ve been struggling to find qualified Fusion or EBS consultants, this window won’t last forever. The best people are getting picked up quickly.
For mid-market companies that previously couldn’t afford Oracle’s own consulting rates, this is a genuine opportunity to bring enterprise-caliber ERP talent in-house or on contract at rates that actually make sense for your budget. For the wider picture on demand, pay bands, and the 2027 SAP deadline, see our ERP talent market report for 2026.
ERP Consultant Salary Ranges by Platform
Ranges reflect full-time base salaries for mid-to-senior level consultants in the U.S. market. Contract rates typically run 20-40% higher when you factor in the absence of benefits and PTO. For a deeper breakdown, see our ERP consultant career guide.
| ERP Platform / Role | Salary Range (USD) | Contract Rate (Hourly) |
|---|---|---|
| Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant | $125,000 – $175,000 | $85 – $120/hr |
| Oracle Fusion Technical Developer | $130,000 – $185,000 | $90 – $130/hr |
| Oracle EBS / PeopleSoft Consultant | $110,000 – $160,000 | $75 – $110/hr |
| NetSuite Administrator / Developer | $95,000 – $145,000 | $65 – $100/hr |
| ERP Project Manager | $130,000 – $180,000 | $90 – $125/hr |
| ERP Data Migration Specialist | $105,000 – $150,000 | $70 – $105/hr |
| ERP Integration Architect | $145,000 – $200,000 | $100 – $145/hr |

How to Vet an ERP Consultant Before You Hire
ERP consulting has a resume inflation problem. And it’s gotten worse since the layoffs flooded the market with candidates. Someone who “supported” a Fusion implementation might have been a junior resource doing data entry during UAT. That’s very different from someone who led the Financials configuration and managed the cutover.
Here’s what we screen for, and what you should be asking in your own interviews.
- Full lifecycle vs. phase-specific experience. Did they participate in one phase, or were they involved from requirements through go-live and hypercare? Full lifecycle experience matters enormously for lead roles.
- Module depth, not just platform breadth. An Oracle Fusion consultant who says they “know all modules” probably doesn’t know any of them deeply. Push for specifics. Which modules did they configure? What customizations did they build?
- Integration experience. Almost every ERP implementation involves integrating with other systems. Salesforce CRM, HR, banking, EDI, warehouse management. Ask what integration tools they’ve used and how they handled data mapping between systems. For the specific Salesforce-to-NetSuite handoff, our Salesforce NetSuite integration consultant staffing desk covers that search directly.
- Go-live war stories. The best ERP consultants have stories about things that went wrong during cutover and how they fixed them. If a candidate can’t tell you about a problem they solved under pressure, they probably weren’t in the room when it mattered.
- References from project sponsors, not just PMs. Project managers work with everyone. The finance director or VP of operations who relied on the consultant’s work can tell you much more about actual impact.
We do this vetting before we present candidates. But if you want a more detailed framework, our ERP consultant career guide includes interview questions organized by platform and seniority level.

Common Questions About Hiring ERP Consultants
What’s the typical timeline for hiring an ERP consultant through a staffing agency?
For most roles, we present qualified candidates within two to three weeks. Highly specialized positions like a senior Fusion SCM architect or a PeopleSoft HCM lead with specific industry experience can take longer, sometimes four to six weeks, because the candidate pool is smaller. We always set timeline expectations upfront based on the role’s difficulty level.
Should we hire an ERP consultant on contract or direct hire?
It depends on the project. For implementations and migrations with a defined end date, contract staffing makes more financial sense. You get expert-level talent for the duration you need without carrying the long-term cost. For ongoing ERP support or if you’re building an internal team, direct hire is usually the better investment. And if you’re not sure? That’s literally why contract-to-hire exists.
We’re migrating from Oracle EBS to Fusion. What roles do we need to staff?
A typical EBS-to-Fusion migration needs a project manager, functional consultants for each module being migrated (Financials, Procurement, SCM are the most common), a technical developer for customization conversion and OTBI/BIP reporting, a data migration lead, an integration architect, and a change management resource. The exact team size depends on your module count and timeline. We can scope this with you during a free consultation.
How are ERP consultant rates affected by the Oracle layoffs?
Rates have softened somewhat since the 2026 layoffs, especially for Oracle Fusion and EBS roles. The increased supply of experienced consultants means companies aren’t competing as aggressively for the same small pool of candidates. That said, top-tier consultants with full lifecycle Fusion experience and strong references are still commanding premium rates. The savings are most noticeable in the mid-senior range where the talent surge is largest.
Do you staff remote ERP consultants or only local?
Both. ERP consulting shifted heavily toward remote work during 2020-2022 and most of the industry has stayed that way. About 70% of our ERP placements are fully remote or hybrid. For implementations that involve extensive change management or require physical access to on-site systems, we recruit local or travel-willing candidates. We’ll work with whatever model fits your project.
What makes KORE1 different from other ERP staffing agencies?
Two things, mainly. First, our Oracle ERP bench is genuinely deep because we’ve been staffing finance and technology roles for over a decade and ERP sits at the intersection of both. Second, we vet for real project experience, not keyword matches. Our recruiters can tell the difference between a consultant who configured Fusion Payables from scratch and one who ran a few test scripts during UAT. That screening saves our clients weeks of interview time and significantly reduces the risk of a bad hire.
