[Music] my name is Jenny berck and I'm a senior technical recruiter at core1 my name is Mark and I'm currently working as a business system administrator at Ingram Micro my name is Colin Crane I'm a senior technical recruiter here at Coran hi uh my name is Sydney trun I am uh systems administrator uh in a role with uh with a project with core one what I love most about being a technical recruiter and just being a recruiter in general is the fact that I get to help people advance in their careers better provide for their family and perhaps even grow professionally it's very very rewarding to help somebody land a job that's going to change their life and their family's lives what I love about what I do is building a relationship with the candidates that I'm working with that allows me to know not only their professional life but also their personal life I want to build long-term relationships with my clients and candidates so that they can build upon that for a successful relationship so previously I've worked with multiple agencies before uh some of the more well-known ones in fact um however compared to core one I would say that the the level of service and the the personal experience is completely different with core one I thought that Jenny actually cared and she really wanted me me to succeed as a person and she would actually follow up even though I'm procrastinating she would be the driver that would actually drive me and um to to to become successful the most satisfying part of my job is calling someone and telling them that they got the job that they wanted and being able just to share in that moment of pure joy when they are just like oh my gosh I can't believe that this really happened I work with my candidates by understanding and listening to what not only they want but also what they need and I do that by asking them what's most important to you about your next position uh that basically allows me to align the right opportunity for their personal interests to say that I've enjoyed working with cor would be an understatement I think it's more of like you know I I've been very very satisfied with you know the the relationship with cor1 every candidate doesn't fit every company my goal is to match the candidate with my client personality wise professional level expertise degrees if desired that way they create the relationship that's going to stick the recruiters and the people at Core 1 they they they make a a an extraordinary effort to understand who I am as a consultant so that you know whenever there there's wrecks that comes in um you know they they don't just say well maybe he's a fit for it I mean they either they know it or they don't and it's not just a technical thing because you know anybody can do the technical part of it um it has to do with more like you know is it a cultureal fit you know would you succeed there and and those considerations are are taken into you know thought you know before uh engagement I've had clients call me multiple times to thank me for putting them with companies that are their dream jobs and when you as a client get an employee that that is their dream job you have an employee for life and that's really my goal I get to be a part of that and it's there's no satisf action greater than that [Music]
